1.  Prices quoted are strictly for the personalization as described.  Any additions requested will be quoted and paid for prior to being actioned.

2.  It is your own responsibility to check that there are no spelling or other errors included in your personalization instructions to us.  Your site will be personalized exactly to the instructions we receive.  Subsequent changes requested, to correct your errors, will attract additional costs. 

3.  Payment must be received for any and all changes, prior to being actioned.

4.  Your results and success with this site will totally rely on your own product and the marketing and advertising of the site.

5.  Purchasers of Product 1 who decide at a later date to request covers and/or banners will be charged at the rate of $35 for one set of covers and $65 for one set of covers plus two promotional banners.  This price is discounted from our usual prices for covers and banners.

6.  After purchase, the first requirement of any contact between yourself and ourselves, is that you confirm your PayPal Transaction ID and the name and number of your chosen site.  No request can be considered until we are in possession of both of these details.  This is as much for your protection as it is for ours.
